In this post, I am going to dive deep into things you can do alone and how you can always be comfortable being alone and enjoying your own company from time to time.
And while this may sound strange to some of you, trust me, it isn’t really. Most of us aren’t comfortable with staying alone or spending time alone. and always feel like we need to be around people. Yea, there’s nothing bad with that for people with anxiety like me, that like being around people but most times you also want to have fun by yourself.
There are several reasons why you should do things alone once in a while. And in the process of doing this, you also get to learn a lot about yourself.
Below is a list of 20 things amongst other several stuff you can do by yourself at home, or outside and these options are budget-friendly, so there should something you definitely love doing.
1- Start a meditation practice

4- Spend the day at the beach (if you like to go out)
5- Learn something new (Can be cooking, can be a new course, can be anything)
6- Go for a walk (walking helps the mind and you can do this both in the morning and evening)

13- Visit a museum around you
